Friends and community, 

I am running to represent the 35th District as State Representative. 

For too long, our elected leaders have been harming the most vulnerable people in our District, and the entirety of Washington. As a lifelong resident of Shelton, a mother, community advocate, and caregiver, I say enough is enough.

I have dedicated my life to serving others, and have worked as a Social Worker, CNA, Peer Councilor, Crisis Responder, and Care Coordinator. The work I have done has shown me just how urgent it is that we find better ways to support people in crisis, protect our elders, unburden families from high costs, and improve our public education systems so all children have access to what they need.

At home, I am the mother of a special needs child and caregiver to my ailing grandfather.  My experience is reflected in priorities for our district – strengthening public schools, making life affordable, and providing comprehensive solutions to homelessness and housing.

I have been a bridge between tradition and progress in each of my roles, and I am committed to building stronger, more connected communities where every person is valued, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.
